We may accept your offer by confirming the order or by dispatching the goods. A contract is formed only when we accept your order.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on the Website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment processing is provided by third-party payment service providers, including Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details (such as full card number or CVV) on our servers. Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order and are also described in our Shipping Policy.

We ship to Australia, Canada, United States, and Rest of World. Shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times vary by region and are displayed at checkout. Our standard estimates:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Transit time (after dispatch): 7–15 working days for most destinations (Australia, Canada, US, Rest of World). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery is an estimate, not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders (all shipments outside the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Qyvxo. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Risk of Loss: For consumer customers, the risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery (physical receipt) of the goods. For international shipments, risk passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterm (DAP – Delivered at Place).

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods, subject to the eligibility and condition requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and are described in the Return & Refund Policy. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We strive to display accurate product information. However, product appearance may vary due to device or display settings. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if pricing or availability information is incorrect, to the extent permitted by law.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and usage limits. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular, you must not: use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; interfere with the Website’s operation or security; use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Website where prohibited by law or our technical measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties of any kind except as required under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qyvxo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or the purchase or use of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qyvxo from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Website, your purchase, or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Applicable Laws: Depending on the circumstances, applicable laws may include relevant U.S. federal laws and Florida state laws relating to consumer protection, electronic transactions, and online commerce.

Courts and Venue: Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Orange County, Florida or the federal courts in the Middle District of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Website. The updated Terms apply from the time they are posted.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
